This class will help you to cultivate a healthy body and calm mind during your pregnancy and beyond. We will explore breathing techniques, physical postures and guided relaxation to help support your mental and physical health as you journey through pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
Practicing yoga during pregnancy gives you the tools to connect more deeply with yourself, and your baby in an open, supportive and inclusive community setting.
Classes are suitable from 14 to 16 weeks and no previous yoga experience is required.
