Half Moon Yoga is a collective, a community, a Kula. Our classes are a gathering and a coming together of every-body, a safe space to explore and enjoy the ancient practice of yoga in an inclusive environment.
We are passionate about people, safety, personal growth and education, to bring you the best yoga experience possible.
We offer Hatha, kids and pregnancy yoga classes online and in person. All classes are open level to ensure inclusivity and as a result are suitable for beginners.

Creator and facilitator of Half Moon Yoga. I am passionate about people, about health and wellbeing and yoga. I am a wellness advocate, a yoga teacher and student, a mamma and wife.
Half Moon Yoga brings together my love of people, movement, creativity and wellness.
“I discovered yoga circa 2007. What started off as a way to let off steam quickly turned into a regular practice and from here I decided to add purpose to this passion. In 2015 I completed my 200-hour Classical yoga teacher training at Samadhi Yoga Studios Dublin where I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best yoga teachers in the country. I continue to broaden my knowledge and in 2019 completed Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth with YTI and Kids Yoga with Rainbow Yoga. I am currently undergoing my 500 hour advanced training with international yoga school 90 Monkeys, led by the amazing teacher, author and activist Amy Ippoliti.
Yoga for me is transformative, it’s movement, it’s meditation, it’s breath practice but it is also so much more, it’s my way of life! Yoga has taught me how to be true to myself as well as others and to lead with my heart. It has given me greater awareness of my physical, mental and spiritual health and always holds me accountable. I hope that I can share this beautiful practice with you.”
