Our hatha yoga classes are strong, slow, fluid and relaxing. Each class incorporates asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) as well as meditation and relaxation.
Hatha yoga gives beginners a great introduction to the practice and philosophy of yoga and can be as strong or gentle as you like. It also gives the more experienced yogi the opportunity to deepen their practice and challenge themselves.
