Our classes encourage greater health and well-being by building self-awareness, strength, confidence and flexibility. 

Yoga classes are a fun way for children to develop a variety of important skills in a nurturing, safe and non-competitive environment. Empower the next generation by giving them the tools to strengthen their mental and physical health through the practice of yoga.

Our classes are held in a safe and inclusive environment and include breath work, movement, meditation and relaxation all while having FUN!
